Josh is an outstanding co-worker and compassionate caregiver. I have encountered several occasions where he has gone the extra mile for our patients. He has brightened many patients' days as well as co-workers'. He dedicates his time to his patients to improve their care and bring light to a bad situation. Just recently I can recall a few instances where he has made a huge impact on the lives of his patients.

One of our patients on hospice was celebrating her final birthday with us and he was kind enough to throw her a birthday party and buy the last meal she requested, Red Lobster.

Another frequent patient came to us feeling a lot worse than at any other time. This patient is autistic and very worried about Santa not coming to visit him this year. Josh bought him some gifts for Christmas and had Santa come to visit him at the bedside. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his care. He is an excellent nurse and a great asset to our team.
