Josh is excellent at explaining intricate details. He was very kind and compassionate about his role and made sure I understood the values posted on the wall, not only because I asked. He took his time to explain. Josh eased my mind, letting me know it was "normal" for the body's response after my husband's open-heart double bypass surgery. His reassurance was exactly what my heart and mind needed at that very scary moment. He is extra at his clinical expertise, when he didn't have to be. That is his nature. He was also training another student and he was extremely patient and attentive to her as well. He is a primary example as to why he should be recognized for the DAISY Award and much more!
