Josh Hinojosa, RN
The past five years, my wife has endured persistent abdominal pain and nausea along with related symptoms, which have sent us to various doctors' offices and multiple emergency rooms in search of compassion, relief, and answers. The majority of those attempts left us empty-handed, which made it particularly disheartening to try again.
From the beginning of our encounter with nurse Joshua, we were put at ease by his sincere listening to our concerns and his attention to our request for further information. He went beyond and helped us understand what tests were being ordered and conveyed our concerns to the doctor. He also made sure to ensure our comfort as we waited. We are so thankful for the care we received in a difficult time in our lives.
