Josh is always willing to lend a helping hand no matter what the situation. It does not matter the messiness, isolation, or other things involved. He is attentive, compassionate, and patient-centered. I witnessed him comforting many patients and families as well as taking time to get to know them. Josh always has a smile and a positive attitude no matter what the situation. He is a great asset to our hospital and the SICU.
