Josh O Brewton, RN

Josh was our nurse the first night that my aunt was in the Medford ICU. She had been airlifted there and was on life support. My dad and I had arrived late at night, exhausted after a 5-hour drive from where my aunt was previously being treated.

Josh immediately introduced himself and got us what we needed to be comfortable for that long night. He was gentle in his treatment of my aunt, and as her treatment went on, he was her nurse multiple times. He answered any and all questions we asked, reassured us that they were doing everything they could, and even when my aunt was sedated, he spoke to her kindly as if she were awake.

When my aunt came out of sedation, he made sure she understood everything happening with her treatment and made adjustments all throughout the night to keep her comfortable. Josh went the extra mile for not only my aunt but for myself and my father; we can’t express our appreciation enough.
