Josh has compassion and excellence as he serves the most severe of the mentally ill adults. The patients he serves recognize many extraordinary things about him. The common theme was related to his always putting them first. Many shared stories of being in crisis and his making sure that he stays close to them and listened to their fears. Many shared stories of their anger outbursts being fearful to others but that he stayed with them to keep them safe from themselves during these aggressive moments. Thank you, Josh, for your excellence and compassionate actions daily.
