My Mom has been to the Martha Jefferson ED several times in the last month. She has a ruptured disk and other issues. Josh was my Mom’s nurse last Sunday. He took a considerable amount of time with her. She is 78 and he treated her like she was his Mom. Today I had to bring her back to the Martha Jefferson ED. Josh was running triage. He remembered her and took time with her. Those few moments made her feel so much better. All of the Martha Jefferson staff has been great. He just went a step above.
