Joshlynn Jeter, LPN

My daughter fell on a hiking trail while we were on vacation, resulting in her needing stitches. This was her first experience in an Emergency Department and her first time needing stitches, so she was very nervous.

Joshlynn made my daughter feel so comfortable. She talked to her on her level and answered every single question she had, and trust me, there were plenty. Joshlynn was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire experience.

I cannot express the gratitude we have for the care Joshlynn showed that day. She helped turn a scary experience into one that felt much less overwhelming, and our family will always be thankful for her compassion and support.
