I was by myself and I couldn't breathe, and my back and chest were very sore. I had a fibromyalgia and arthritis pain crisis. My English is not very good and I was impressed by how nice and calm this nurse was. He tried to say a few words in Spanish that made me feel safe and helped me every time I needed it. He is respectful, fun, sweet and smart. God bless this young man. He made me feel that I can trust him and that I will be safe and can breathe better very soon. I hope every hospital has someone like him.
