My mom is 80 years old and critically ill. Many healthcare professionals have been involved in my mom's care over the last 2 weeks, so we got to interact with the nursing staff, lab techs, and various others. We wanted to recognize Josh because every time he is on the floor caring for my mom, he stands above the rest in so many ways. We found Josh extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, reliable, and available, which is saying a lot about a person. He continually shared his knowledge of my mom's treatment with us so that we understood what was happening and were not scared, wondering what the treatment plan for my mom was on any given day. He made himself available to us in a very caring and patient manner.
