Joshua’s level of patient and family care is simple yet defined as commendable. He exhibited and delivered professionalism while working with the doctors and other medical staff to ensure that G received the level of patient care he did. Joshua played a significant role with respect to identifying G having a negative reaction to a new medication the doctor ordered. He quickly worked with his peer and doctor regarding his symptoms and getting the doctor to discontinue the medicine. Thank you, Joshua, for being on top of a potentially dangerous situation, and thank you for your outstanding nursing skills.
