As a new ICU nurse, Josh shows a combination of critical skills and compassion towards his patients that have allowed him to advance quickly in his ICU journey. He has shown constant dedication, compassion, and attention to detail. Josh not only meets the clinical needs of his patients but their emotional needs as well. Josh has been a great addition to our unit, and a great example of what Beaumont's patient-family centered care is all about.
