My nurse was very attentive and cared about his job. It took about 2 minutes to size him up as someone who enjoys what he does and is eager to please. Being an employer for over 20 years and having to hire and fire many people throughout the years, I've become quite good at assessing what type of worker they are going to be within minutes. If Joshua was not working for you all, I certainly wish he would work for me. Unfortunately, I own restaurants, so I don't believe I could pay him enough. Very grateful for his dedication. I do think it's good to always say something that would help him improve in some area, but nothing comes to mind. Sometimes life just gives you a great experience and that was my case.
