Jay always comes to work with a fantastic attitude. He works hard and never complains. He will tackle whatever task you give him with a smile on his face, happy to be of help to the patients and the Department. Patients often arrive at the Emergency Department in some sort of heightened emotional state, usually frightened and anxious. Jay has a knack for providing comfort and reassurance to patients, truly helping them feel at ease during their visit.
