Not only did Josh go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, but he also took the majority of his time with me, being "human". Josh is young enough to be my son - but just his knowledge, ability to say the right thing when needed and bedside manner made him stand out more to me than any other caregiver. You need more of him because he cares, and it shows.
