Josh is an excellent member of the team and always keeps the needs of the patient at the forefront of his care. He is kind and compassionate and always meets the patient where they are at emotionally. Josh is also an excellent teammate. Any moment that he is not doing his own work, is a moment where he is offering to help someone else. His flexibility with assignments makes him even easier to work with. I appreciate that Josh will often take the patients who are more challenging due to their emotional needs. His care of these patients facilitates an improved therapeutic relationship for the entire treatment team.
