Josh gives his best to provide remarkable care to his patients daily. He can be seen holding the hand of a critical patient or just laughing with a patient to make them feel more comfortable in the emergency department. Josh was recently approached by his leadership regarding learning charge nurse duties and helping with the needs in the department. He gladly accepted and has excelled at the challenge. Josh is always asking for feedback on how or what he could do better in the department to assist his teammates daily. He always has a warm smile and open heart for those he meets and cares for. He is often heard saying, “people are people, and we are here to help.”
