June 2025 Honoree
Joshua T Minser, RN
I survived a major suicide attempt. I spent a total of 10 weeks in the hospital, mostly in the Behavioral Health Unit. While the majority of the staff were often helpful, Josh stood out above them all. Even when I wasn’t his assigned patient, he still took the time to talk with me and offered to assist me. While I don’t remember much of those 10 weeks, I do recall Josh and his kindness and compassionate care, which he provided for me and other patients. I never once witnessed Josh become frustrated; rather, he was always eager to help wherever and whenever he could.
Thank you, Joshua T, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
