I was admitted to the 3rd floor and had the pleasure to meet and have Josi as my nurse. The second she came into my room she made me feel cared for and that my needs mattered. When I felt offended by another doctor's bedside manner the first thing she did was ask if she could give me a hug when she came into my room and saw me crying. When I found out I'd have a central line placed I was panicked, to say the least, but she was there to ease my fears. She actually got the ok to come with me not only to my procedure but stayed with me through the whole procedure holding my hand and even wiping away my tears. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect and I could never fully put into words how much it meant to have her there for me. She not only cared for me, she cared about me and I'll forever be grateful!
