Josie went out of her way to answer our questions about our family member, she was very kind, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable of everything we were concerned with and asked about, and much more. Even when our family member was verbally aggressive and being truly difficult due to his fear and confusion – she was very patient and kind and caring to him and to us. I’ve dealt with many medical staff in the couple weeks at the hospitals with my family thus far and Josie is a very rare nurse in that she is clearly caring and understanding in all situations.  We’re happy and grateful for those like Josie!
