I have had the pleasure of working alongside Josie for 2.5 years now. She always has such a positive attitude on a day-to-day basis and always strives to give patients centered, compassionate care. For patients on ventilators, she always tries to include them in even small things such as telling them what the weather is like that day. For a specific patient that was being taken off the ventilator and care being withdrawn, she sat by the dying patient and played music to keep the patient company because he did not have a family to be with him as he passed away. I strongly believe she is one of the best nurses in the Baptist health system!

Josie is one of the best nurses I have worked with. She works so hard to always show care and dedication to patients. She goes above and beyond her duties and is always helping other team members with or without being asked. She is always so positive and smiling when she is here. I enjoy working with her and seeing her makes my day better.
