Josie is so wonderful and she doesn't even know she is. Josie thinks of her patients first above anything else. Whenever I come in for my pulmonary appointments she meets me way before time with a bottle of oxygen. Not all nurses will do that. One day I was very sick and I came in to see my doctor and Josie took care of me beyond her duties. Josie told me something personal in her family and nurses don't generally do that. Their lives are very private and I can understand that but she makes me feel like I am her family and that matters to a patient. The passionate and skillful determination to make you feel good about yourself when you are sick is uplifting. I haven't met another nurse like Josie.
