Josie has been so kind and caring with my father. He had a stroke and unable to talk. Josie was kind, caring and just angelic. She has a sweet voice and found ways to communicate with him. He responds well to her. She was kind and informative to help make difficult decisions regarding his care. She went above and beyond to get certain foods and drinks that he liked. She has that special knack for people. She helped us to understand our decision about Hospice care. She is wonderful.

Every time Josie walks into my husband's room is a dazzling moment. When we think of Josie, the first word that comes to mind is excellent. Her work as WMC is more than a job. She is on a mission, a mission to serve her patients to the best of her ability. She goes above and beyond her job and that is excellent care. Excellence to her means much more than providing medical care. To her it is caring, compassion and communication. She provides excellent care, excellent listening skills, and excellent conflict resolution skills. She consistently goes above and beyond every day. She really cares about her patients and their families. She is truly one of a kind and is so deserving of the DAISY Award.
