As busy as every shift gets on a daily basis, Josie took the time to hear my story of how my medical life problems seemingly were getting worse by the hour. No one knew how this had happened to me and they were not sure how to treat my arm to make things well again. I was very emotional, I had no one here to talk with or to reassure me on anything that was happening to me. Josie will never know how her taking the time to listen to me, reassuring me on things, and best of all her amazing hugs given to me when I truly was so done. She was truly amazing!
