Josie Sims was wonderful; she treated my mother like a Queen and my sisters and I like we were her priority. My mother was scared about surgery and Josie talked with her and let her know everything was going to be alright. She made Mom feel more comfortable before they took her down to OR. She was so great with our family going as far as helping me get all information to request records-what to do and who to send them to. I would want her for my nurse anytime.

My husband had emergency surgery in January and we were placed on the 3rd floor with Josie. When the time came to remove the draining tube from his appendix, Josie performed a remarkable job. She removed a tube nearly 13 inches long with very little complications and ease, which made my husband very trusting and comfortable with her. Jose made our stay each day knowledgeable and easy.
