My mom was having trouble breathing at 5:00 am; she called me and was frightened, it took me an hour and a half to come. Jossy was so loving and kind; she listened carefully to my mom and called the doctor willingly knowing he might not answer soon. Jossy creatively problem solved and then called a hospitalist who administrated a bronchial dilator which helped. This helped develop a trusting relationship with my mom. By administrating to my mom's basic human need for oxygen, Jossy created a healing environment.
