Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of Josy! Josy speaks fluent Spanish and has stepped up every. Single. Time. To ensure Spanish-speaking patients receive adequate care they deserve!
I have firsthand seen the bonds and rapport Josy has been able to make with these patients and their families; it truly makes a difference in their stay and overall care.
Josy is extremely easy to collaborate with, and if you ask for something, she gets it done! Fast!
I have seen her first-hand walk a Spanish-speaking mother through insurance questions in Spanish. I have also seen her walk through resources in Spanish, taking her time showing true patience.
Josy sticks out to me because you can see genuine care and compassion radiate from her. She is greatly appreciated; there is such a need for more Spanish resources and interpreters. When she is not busy being an amazing nurse providing genuine and intentional care, she is helping out other staff! Josy is one of my go-tos on mother baby!
