I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jourdan Del Castillo and the outstanding job that he is doing by keeping a watchful eye on my health and ensuring that he assists my Nurse Practitioner in covering all the health issues that I am dealing with.
Mr. Del Castillo has the utmost passion and care when he communicates with me, ensuring that all of the questions I have are answered, all the while showing his true 100% compassion for my current exacerbated health issues.
Whenever I call the Charlie 1 Clinic, in between my appointments with my Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Del Castillo is always very empathetic towards me as a patient by calling me back within a very minimal amount of time and helping me out with whatever issue that I may be having or assisting me in a solution for my problem.
You can really tell that Jourdan Del Castillo knows his job very well. He is passionate for what he does and is a hero in my book. God bless him through all this COVID-19 crisis and God Bless all the healthcare workers at the VA Medical Center.
