Jourdan's care and concern for my injury from my tractor rollover accident were above and beyond the call of duty. She consistently showed professionalism and expert knowledge of her duties. Jourdan was very concerned about my well being as well as that of my family members and was sure I was well taken by her and all the staff. She showed much compassion and was always willing and able to help me in any way possible. She was always very cheerful which helped me through my pain. She even helped me order my meals. She should be considered a very valuable employee of your hospital.
