Jourdan Wexler, BSN, RN is very friendly and motivated. She is always there when I need her.
Jourdan is very prompt. Every time she was my nurse she checked on me when I rang my bell and even when I did not need her she was always in my room checking on my needs. She went above and beyond helping with my suppository - assisting and educating me about my bowel program before I was discharged to home. She helped me with my TED stockings and took the time to teach me how to put them on with the sleeve.
Jourdan always went above and beyond her normal duties to make me feel comfortable. She always has a smile on her face and gets you laughing. When I was crying she talked me through my problems. I thought I made a bad decision getting a Baclofen Pump, but she took the time to explain and encourage me that I should give it some time - it's a new situation - and when I leave her I will still be receiving therapy. Her encouragement and kind words made me feel better about my future and discharge.
