My family greatly appreciated the care, compassion, and affection shown to our mother at Fair Oaks Hospital through the care of Journey. From the first day that my 90-year-old mother was admitted for CHF and low oxygen saturation, Journey was like an angel, continuously checking that she was comfortable. He was genuinely caring, always smiling, and spreading smiles during a very stressful situation. Since the minute he made her comfortable in the room, he was always on top of all the different tests and scans she had to do. He was also checking on us as well, bringing us warm blankets.

When my mother started to get better, she could not have said it better: “Johnny (as she liked to call him Johnny), you are like my son." He responded with the most affectionate smile. “At this point, I feel I am like your son!” My mother told me how thankful she was for Journey and how she loved him very much for his genuine care of her! We were very grateful to him for all the love and care he gave her and for his humility, professionalism, and attention to his patients! Thank you Journey from my mother. God bless you!

I have been in the hospital for three days with my mother, who was admitted for CHF. During our stay, Journey was very compassionate, always making sure that my mom’s needs were taken care of. Even when he was busy with other patients, he always made sure that her needs were met. He always responded to our requests with a big smile, and we always felt that we were in good hands with Journey. He’s the best ever! Very professional, with a loving, kind, and compassionate heart.
