My husband was taken to the ER, nonverbal. Jovan took time to make sure he understood him and vice versa. He was soft spoken with him and calm and very caring, not just to the patient but to me as well, making sure I was alright. He explained what went on and what was happening. He took his time. You can really tell he cares about the patient and the family. He was careful with his choice of words and very patient. Have not met a nurse like him, and this is not our first time in your San Leandro ER.
