Jovanny is not only a compassionate nurse but also a very skilled collaborator with his patients and also with all fellow employees and volunteers. He has perfected the surgery schedule of the day for the volunteers at the family surgery waiting desk. The volunteers really appreciate the work Jovanny has put into having the volunteer surgery sheet ready for patient names and details. The columns are all done with titles, lined and ready for us to log into with the necessary information. Jovanny does all this with a large smile, comforting voice and is also willing and able to offer comfort wherever or whenever needed. He is a most valuable employee with great leadership qualities!
