Jovany was so good with my daughter, who arrived in so much pain. He was kind and was in the room almost the minute the nurse button was pushed. He made us both feel comfortable. I’m handicapped, and the first room was too small for me to get around, so he made sure we got moved first. He was kind and compassionate. He was my child’s nurse for two days and on the third day he came in just to say hello and said he would be back just to say goodbye before we go. He was very professional but also compassionate. This was the best hospital stay out of the very many we have had. He made that happen! We looked forward to seeing him every morning. I’m glad he is here, and he definitely made a big difference! Thank you!
