I visited the ER at Saint Peter’s following a complication with miscarriage. I was in extreme physical and emotional pain, and Jovie was able to assist me with both. Her kindness, sensitivity to my situation, and attentive care made what was a terrible life experience for me just a bit easier. Jovie was the kindest nurse I have ever had; Jovie was compassionate towards my deep sadness and provided attentive care. I cannot thank her enough for her empathy.
