I was visiting one Saturday morning and noticed that Jowana was so eager to help all the patients in the dining room. She even brought one of the patients some cereal and helped feed her. She was very pleasant and smiling and talking with everyone. She was so attentive to every person in the room. I came back on Sunday and noticed the same behavior. She even offered to get something for me and brought me a cup of coffee. These are the type of nurses we need. She brightened up the atmosphere and my visit to your facility.
