Joy went above and beyond her duties as our nurse. Joy, Kim Perry and Dr. Gordon Gale were our daughter’s caregivers during her 6 weeks of daily radiation therapy. Joy made all the holidays so special - she decorated her stretcher for Christmas and New Year’s! On her last week of radiation, she made a “Princess Canopy” theme for her stretcher to ride on to her treatments to SLU. Thanks to all for easing my daughter’s fears of the stretcher by making it a wonderful and fun experience. Thank you Joy for the compassionate care you gave our girl. You are one of the many special girlies in her life.
