Joy always listened and made me feel like family. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. She left for the day and told the next nurse, in detail, any issues I was having. The following day she wasn't my personal nurse but she still came in to see how I was doing. There was never anything Joy wouldn't do for me. Her name describes her; she is a Joy. She's an exceptional nurse that UVMC should be proud to have and all nurses should strive to be.
