I cannot begin to express how much I appreciated Joy. She made every effort to help me and my infant while I was there. I delivered my baby at a different hospital (not HCA affiliated) and can see the differences in the intensity of the breastfeeding education and the desire to assist mothers in their breastfeeding goals.
