Joy, who has now become like a member of our family, has been the most hands-on, caring, compassionate person in my daughter's entire healthcare team. Hands down, she is the most skilled nurse we have ever come in contact with. Joy always cares for my daughter with a smile on her face, she never gets frustrated, and truly wants the best for our daughter. Joy is always the highlight of our week and that has included many difficult days and weeks. She is one of the finest and demonstrates the Novant mission distinctly.
