Joy, my angel of light, sent especially to me on the most challenging day after admission. Joy is a charming, patient, loving, extremely professional, attentive nurse, humane in spirit. She was genuinely focused and brought me to a place of confidence allowing me to participate in my care. She was radiant with confidence as a nurse, in every aspect of the nursing process. Her knowledge base is impeccable. She gave me the tools needed to be independent in the transition from hospital to home. She will remain indelibly etched in my heart, mind and spirit.
