Joy Ketterman went above and beyond caring for my mother. My mother had just been given the news that she had cancer, and she was understandably anxious. Joy came in like a ray of sunshine! Joy was knowledgeable and incredibly authentic. Joy made my mother feel at ease and at home. She also made me feel so reassured that my mom was in good hands. Joy expressed great pride in her role, hospital, and town. My mother and I both felt like Joy was an angel sent from Heaven. We had never had a nurse be such a natural healer and a true friend. Thank you, Joy, for being such a bright light in a dark time for us. Your warmth and brightness made all the difference!
