Just a note to say thank you for the care I received on 14 Tower. I especially want to commend Joy. Even though I only had her on one shift, she was so kind, warm and helpful. Whenever she came into the room, even attending to my roommate, she always stopped and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. When I asked her why I had not been given my blood pressure Rx, she instantly replied that she read the report and gave me details. Ordinarily, other nurses would most likely respond by having to check the notes, orders, etc. and come back to me. Joy and I played little "quiz" games, laughed and she sang and danced! She is very sharp, talented, and a great RN. Thank you.
