Just wanted to share a few words and thoughts which may help you carry what you already hold. I admit I was not the easiest person to care for over the last few days but the kind of care you provided was above and beyond. I know I was rude to you and your coworkers at some point but the difference in you helped me be more patient, not just with my pain but during my overall stay. I really really thank you for all you did and please accept my apology for being rude. People tend to be rude in return (of course everyone has their limit) but you were nice the entire time.
