Joy Singleton was just that: joy, joy, joy. She was so friendly, helpful, tender, and joyful. Joy was so gentle with the IV and the rest of all the "hook-ups". The family was also treated with respect and courtesy. The care we received left us with "Joy" in our hearts. OLOL needs to make sure they hang on to Joy.
