I would like to take a moment to thank Saint Peter's University Hospital for the extraordinary service we received during our baby's delivery. Joy took over the care and our experience cannot be forgotten in a lifetime. Joy is amazing and awesome. We felt it's God's grace to have her as our nurse during the delivery. The service she provided was extraordinary and unbelievable. We are very impressed about the care and service provided to us. In one word, we SALUTE, and thank you for your service. Hospitals would only be excellent when there are good, caring nurses like you.

Joy is one of our best nurses in L&D. The commitment she shows to not only her patients, but also their families is honorable. She consistently goes above and beyond the expectations of her role. She is friendly, courteous, and above all always comes to work with a smile. She is dedicated to making the patient experience special. She recognizes that everyone's experience in the hospital is unique and they may have different requests or needs in order for us to meet their expectations. Joy goes above and beyond to not only meet those needs, but exceed them. For Joy, it is truly about the patient experience. This is apparent in how often she is mentioned in patient rounding, patient satisfaction survey, Five Star Notes of Appreciation, as well as personalized notes sent in by patients she cares for.
