Many consistent acts of caring is truly what set Joy apart while looking after a recent patient. Her attention to detail, upbeat personality and caregiving spirit was comfort the family needed to put them at ease. "She reviewed all points of care with us in detail, and she never took her eyes off {our loved}," her nominator shared.
