Joy Thompson, RN

Joy was a blessing for my 2-year-old daughter during her multi-day EEG testing. It is evident that she cares about her patients (and their families) and strives to provide the best care possible. She constantly asked if she could get us anything, checked in regularly, and was a true advocate for my daughter with the Doctors. My daughter would shriek with excitement when Joy would come in for a visit and ask her to stay longer. I have never worked with a more caring nurse!

When my mother came to visit, it was less than 5 minutes in the room with her when she turned and said, "Wow, she's good!" Her passion for her career and children under her care is impressive. Almost a month later, and my daughter still asks about Joy.
