Joy Williams 2023, RN

I have had the pleasure of working with Joy during my orientation to labor. Joy is not only an amazing teacher, but also goes above and beyond for her patients. There isn’t a moment where Joy isn’t doing something for her patients during their labor, and she has a calming presence to help with any labor anxieties. She sits with patients and is very mindful of explaining every nursing intervention and why she is doing it, and she also educates and advocates for each patient every step of the way. She is amazing!
