Joyce Asante Kotei, RN

While staying here at Adventists, I had my first encounter with Ms. Joyce, and she helped me through a terrible anxiety attack. She stayed with me and held my hand and told me I was safe, that she was not going to leave me, and to breathe. I was so scared… Also, I had a bowel movement that was very bad, and my tech was unavailable, taking care of another patient. Ms. Joyce flew to me immediately and did not hesitate to change me and did so. She could have left me in a dirty diaper for over an hour, but did not! Her bedside manner is very professional, tender, and caring. I love Ms. Joyce.
P.S. Thank you, Ms. Joyce, for your care. You are a guardian angel, and you comforted and took care of me when I needed you most.
